Ayu Health Records provides tools to securely upload, store, organize, and share your medical records and health-related documents. Our platform enables interaction via WhatsApp, our website, and other authorized channels to facilitate health record management. Additionally, our Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Google APIs, to enhance user experience. 

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our Services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

• License to Use: By using our Services, you grant Ayu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your data solely for the purposes of providing the Services.
• Data Deletion: Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to Ayu Health Records collecting and storing your health-related data. This data is used solely to provide and improve our Services and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
